I am not sure if thats true, but 50 stunt can probally get you one for the 70 because I know Ryan Moore (owner of 50stunt) has a 70 thats all stunted out with a bar.

email ryan from 50 stunt. the 70 subframe will require a couple extra brackets for the 12 bar. as for the brake you might have to do a little fitting but it will work fine and the pegs are great.

Re: stunt crf 70

for the rear tire I pimped a kenda 110/70 12 and it was awesome. Plus it was only like 19 bucks. It lasted forever. I converted recently to a 145/50 10, but if I would stunt a stock 70, definitely a kenda. Bang for the buck!

Handlebars are easy. Use two old 1/2 in drive sockets (7/8")or so....... same length of course, and use some fly racing steel cr125 bars. Bars are like 20 bucks and look clean. Good enough height to throw the leg over, strong for the crashes. Brake kit and footpegs the same for 70 and 50, 12 bar not the same width.
