loose timing chain xr70 please help!!

i have a xr70 with a loose timing chain
could some one please call me and help me right quick
330 639 5157
it will be fine and then when the piston comes around the chain loosens.

Running? It will fill with oil on it's own, but you can lay it on the right side and fill the oil cavity through the 6mm hole/10mm head below the stator cover.

I can't think of any other reason it would go loose, unless it was extremely worn out. Or maybe if something happened to the plastic roller in the side of the cylinder.

like it is tight then like it gets looser as it cranks then gets tight and keeps doin it.

This is in a previously smooth running engine? Nothing new done, it just started slapping?

it ran perfect ttok the top end off to check the rings and ever since it has been doin it wont even start now.

I'd pull the ignition to verify everything's working and in the right spot. You tried filling the tensioner through the side hole using an oilcan? Sure the cam timing's right?

can I pre-fill before putting stator back on?
(with the motor on its side on the bench of course)
how much oil would you use for this?
