Hey i just put some new fork seals in my bike and just wondering how much oil do u need in each fork?

Try 3 ounces in each leg, 10wt oil

Do not use 10wt....use 7wt for a plush ride.

if you weigh more than a kid & have stock springs i would go with 10 wt. If you are just trail riding or riding around the neighbor hood then yeah 7 would be fine.

where would i get 7wt from could i use regular oil
