12" rims for crf70
I'm looking to convert my crf70 14" front rim to a 12"rim. But still use the crf70 fork. Is this possible? If so where can I get a rim from?
Sorry if the question seems dumb. I'm new to building these bikes, and have little, to no knowledge on what fits & what doesn't

I would guess from a 50...Im so not sure about the whole functional/possible part of it though.

Someone told me that its possible to use the 12" back rim of a crf70 & spoke it to the front hub of the crf70. Is this true?

I'm still looking for a 12" rim, or a way to use a 12" front rim on my crf70 using the crf70 forks.
I'm thinking of using a crf50 front hub & installing 12" rim. Will the crf50 hub work with the crf70 forks?
Any advice will be appreciated!!!!

yes grind out the slot on the brake panel to fit the tab on the fork leg

I'm in the prosses of converting my crf70 trail rider, to street legal crusier. To do this I need to have DOT approved tires, & I can't find any for a 14" rim. Does anyone know of a company thats makes DOT approved 14" tires that will fit the crf70? If so. Please let me know!!!

i dunno much bout street legals but would a tyre like that do the job >CA Street Legal Sumo KLX 110 Build

Yes, That tire would work, but its a 12" tire. All the street tires, I came across Is either a 10" or a 12". Thats why I want to use a 12" front rim.

if not try farelli because they make alot ov moped tyres and i think alot are 14"
