does anyone know the stock valve size in the crf150f and crf230f heads? im looking in my garage at my spare 230 head and it looks to be the same exact head used in the old 80's xr200 and 185 engines. what im thinking is this should have bigger valves and ports to put either bolt on upgrade for your 150f or your old 200 engine. thanks!

The BBR website has a list of the differences and similarities of the CRF230F compared to the CRF150F. Im not sure if they still have the list since they rearranged their website but you could always call em up. www.BBRMotorsports.com I can also check my service manual and find the size of the 150 and let ya know later.

thanks guys, Terry i read that entire site and it is a great resource! but the only problem is they dont list the valve size for the 230 engine : (

Contact Mike on Thumpertalk. "Coeshow" is his username. I saw you're post on Thumpertalk, more than likely he will answer it, but if not send him a PM. He is a dictionary when it comes to the CRF150/230's. He built my 150F motor.
