when I was road racing I would use my wr400 as a pit bike! Does that mean I can race that at MoM???

I have also used a TT-R 125L and a cr80 as pit bikes. guess we gotta let them race too.

Lightbulb opinions are like...

IMO these should be called minis. I like the names Planet Minis, Masters of Minis. the best pitbikes don't have clutches don't take up much space, start easy, have storage space and at best, aren't much fun on a MX track. ...I guess the appeal of riding/racing a stock xr50 or klx110 is to show off your ability - that your able to kick my azz when im riding my 146 x4R

If you like your pitbikes to suck then thats okay. But I like suspension and power.

Re: Any adults riding the 150r

As far as the ruts go-- they are a part of MX in Ohio! In a strange way, I prefer fast, rutted tracks-- they seem to separate riders that know how to ride, from riders that don't.

Ruts that I don't seem to notice on a big bike seem to drag a 150R down due to ground clearance issues and a short wheelbase.

I kinda wish the pitbike tracks would get a little bumpy and rutted on racedays. My motor is bone stock, and the added variable of a less than perfect track would help me out against the bikes with more than twice the power that mine makes. We have some really great riders, but we have some guys that would get bogged down some if the track was rougher. ---L*64

A track over here with no ruts hasn't been riden on yet. So'cal riders are so spoiled.
