07 vs. 08 ?

Any real differences with the 150r's? I can get a left over 07 for $3100. Thanks

i know the 07s have a recall on the valves or something, so make sure that has been done if you buy one. havn't heard anything about the 08's yet though

Same bike. GET THE EXPERT BW MODEL! I am pretty sure that if a dealer sells you a new 07 it will have the new recall replacement cam/valve springs already installed.

If you just want to ride a lot, it is really the best bike for the $$$ IMO

Really all that needs to be done to the bike to make it KILLER is:

Hour meter
Pro Circuit carb mods w/boyesen QS2
Appropriate springs/valving for riders weight/skills
High Quality top clamp with Renthal 150R Adult bars/grips
Renthal chain (so you don't have to adjust every ride)
Bridgestone tires
Approx $1000.00

Absolutely the best bike I have ever ridden/owned!

Re: 07 vs. 08 ?

I have an 08 Big Wheel. They are like the same bikes except for graphics. Check out your local Craigslist because my freind traded his CR 85 strait up for a CRF 150R Big Wheel.
