I have been working on a pitbike series for awhile now..now that the spring series is almost over well maybe if it ever stops raining.. it is going to get under way here shortly..

I have all the dates set and the classes...I am in the process of locking down all the sponsors..

The flyer or info will be posted soon.........Get ready to Race!!!

If we have a good turn out on this series..we will build a pitbike only track...and fence it off where other bikes cant get on it..to mess it up...

If you have any classes you would like to see put into a series..let me know and if they are not already on the list...I will add them!

You would get alot more riders out if the track was better. It has been the same for close to two years. Everything is doable on a stock 50. Not a terribly fun layout for anyone over 4 years old. If you change up the track to suit more advanced riders, or build a pitbike only track that has some good jumps and berms, you will get a great turnout. I promise.

I will get with our bobcate sponsors and talk with daddy to see if we can work the track before the series starts...but with the pitbike track we are going to do it will be all the opions of the pitbikers as to what we do..so any good pitbike track designs let me know... oh and the times will change on this series... for anyone who works on sat and dont get off till 5 or so ....new times are

Thank you Andrew. I AGREE 100%. Anyone can hold a bike wide open.
That doesn't make you faster, it makes you slower on REAL tracks.

How about build a KILLER MiNi track.Then you will be ready for a mini series.
It doesn't usaually work very well the other way. The track is pretty key!

There has been a lot of TALK about building mini tracks in this area.
Seems none of the track owners really get it.

I know that me and Dennis Hotson at gearing up to buld an awesome mini track at Spanky's here in the next couple months. We have a side of the hill dedicated to the track and we are going to use the gates from the big track as the start. The dirt in the area for the pitbike track is going to be more of a loamy type than the usual black Texas clay, so it will be prime. Dennis has tons of experience running a bobcat and has helped on Guy's tracks and he just built Kenny Bartram a full on pitbike track. I think with both of us working on it it is gonna be awesome. I can't wait.

If I have any say, we are going to be beating Florida as far as quality mini tracks goes.

Dunno, Guy has been staying at home taking care of the kid and the wife and I dont think he has been riding or working on the tracks much. There is going to be another bar race at the tumbleweed in a month or so and there may or may not be a ride day at Kenny's the next day. Just have to see how it plays out.

yup. It has to be really worth it to spend that kinda money to race. Besides, racing slapaho and Dennis on that track is DEFINATLY not worth it to me hahahahahahahahaa.

i had fun racing ros i took my self out taking the inside for first and ros got around me and gave me a battle for a lil bit but i just couldent let my self be beat by a girl
