| Re: Noob from MD we are having problems. the feed going to the coil is getting fire, but when its plugged up to the coil, they aren't seeing spark at the plug boot. what is the extra black wire on the back of the coil for? is it an additional ground? I've had them check for fire about every way I can think of, and its just not sparking... |

I had then use a test light and see if thats a plug wire ground like on some cars, and the test light didn't even flicker. if anyone has a clue, I'd appreciate it. I'm lost at this point. | |

| Re: Noob from MD hey wes, i am going to start another thread on this in the appropriate section, see if we can get some pointers. i called a local shop today and they said they cant get chinese motor parts and to order what i need online. i dont mind buying another coil, but if its not necessary and its something else we are overlooking then i dont want to spend that money if not necessary. oh and i gotta tell you about the absolutely WONDERFUL day i had today. |
