Re: Webb's Pit Bike Fundraiser-Sept. 20th

Been working on the track this week. Hauled in many tri-axle loads of dirt. This track is going to be worth seeing and riding on. I have a D956, Dump truck, Water truck, Skid Loader and another smaller dozer on site. This will be a track you won't want to miss riding on. I will get pics out next week.
Right now, there is a triple-double-double, two step-on-step off sections, bowl turns, huge woop section, and looking to putting in a sand section(not sure about that that though)

Confirmed the band today. SugarCoat. You can look them up at Welcome to www.sugarcoatband.com. These guys rock!

This is going to be a great time this year. We have been getting in merchandise for raffle and the stuff is great so far.

I will post more soon.

Re: Webb's Pit Bike Fundraiser-Sept. 20th

OK, so here are some of the sponsors, with more to come, for this event.
Max Machine
230 Cafe'
TB Parts
JJW Industries
Two Brothers
HJC
Troy Lee Designs
Parts Unlimited
Toy Tech
Koups
Pepsi
Turkey Hill

These sponsors will be donating parts, sticker kits, t-shirts, helmets, trophies, tires, etc, etc, etc. Like last year, we will be selling raffle tickets for these items to raise money for the American Heart Association. So you could buy $20 in tickets and get stuff worth $100+. Everyone walked away with something last year.

The track is looking good. James Max of Max Machine is donating all the equipment, dirt and time to make this one of the best tracks on the east coast to date. If you know him, he builds a pretty sick track.

Anyway, as soon as I remember to bring my camera to take pics of the track I will get them out to you as soon as possible.

Please let me know by email if you plan on attending. jspider70@aol.com

Only 20 more days away to the biggest back yard mini event around. Come on out and show your support for a great cause, eat lots of food, ride all day, and take home some pretty cool stuff.

Is this something we can just "show up" for? I noticed their was mention of pre registering. I think I might have saw you at sleepy hollow yesterday and wanted to ask about the fundraiser but didn't get around to it, if it was you.

Re: Webb's Pit Bike Fundraiser-Sept. 20th

I would like to have everyone pre-register by at least an email so I can prepare everything in advance. I do have quite a few pre-registered riders at this point, but I would not turn anyone away the day of. So if your coming, just drop me a line at jspider70@aol.com. I will be at Happy Ramblers for the next round of the 2up Series. I will have flyers at registration. You can look me up if you need more information.

Re: Webb's Pit Bike Fundraiser-Sept. 20th

If we have enough guys interested we could have it for sure. I will take any suggestions anyone has, to make this event a little better for everyone. Please, speak up and let me know.

One way everyone can help me out who hasn't pre-registered yet, is to let me know how many people are coming in your groups. That way I can make sure I have enough food and drink for everyone. I don't want to waste any money on items that I don't need. Remember this is a fund raiser, I have to keep my costs as low as possible but make it as good as I possibly can for everyone.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

I'd like to donate a $100 cash pay out ($50 for first, $30 for 2nd and $20 for third). You can have each participant donate $20 for the cause.

That's awesome! Thanks for stepping up for a great cause. It is much appreciated and I'm sure that everyone will be stoked to be able to win some money along with some great prizes that TB Parts, JJW Designs, Troy Lee Designs, Tucker Rockey, Koups, among others that everyone will have a chance to win with the raffle.

Thanks again and see you all there. I will keep everyone updated on the progress and hopefully get pics out soon.
