That's right guys, Portland International Raceway will be hosting a pitbike class this 17th of July. A special event, plan on seeing HUNDREDS of racers on hand, and hopefully............ a full gate of pitbikers!

If you race big bikes, there'll be a open big bike pro class with a $15,000 PRO PURSE!!! Some serious change, without a doubt.

If you want to race pitbikes, just show up at the gate at 3:00 and check it out. The rock band Reds will be there playing live for your listening enjoyment, ALL ladies will be admitted free, and best of all............... JJW will be giving away a free motorcycle!

More details to come, but thought I'd start the conversation to see who thinks they can make it. Anyone interested???

If there's enough, just 50 and 110, if not, open pitbike.

It's more of a big bike race, but they've decided to let us add a pitbike class.

Yeah everyone, Justin and myself will be on our stock little 110s, so come on out and smoke us.

I emailed Rick Wylder, the promoter, and he's wants more pit bikes to show up. If there isn't enough for a class, we can still ride exhibition.

Damn i wish i was there so bad, i just hope theres a bunch of these race's starting with the indoor season, hope ya'll have a good turn out for sure. wish i was there to support your efforts guys...

Huh? We had a full gate of little bikes........but only three of them had riders over four foot tall.

I liked revving my 178 thumper next to the little 7 year old and telling him that I was gonna run him over.

It was still fun riding, but neither myself or my bike were quite ready for a race. I'm out of shape, my carb was running like it had a suck throttle, and my brakes had all the fork oil leak out over them. I'll try to get everything fixxed and come back ready.

Aaron and Justin rode really well though.

Seriously, the best part of the night was the huge pro race with the super sized SX pro double..........................or was it the Hooters girls?
