I bought and paid for a Red Barron seat and barpad from this guy almost 2 months ago. Since then, if I could get a response from him, it was just a differant excuse everytime. Now now response at all. I'll let his messeges speak for themselves. DON'T buy from this guy!!!!

sorry bro ive been way busy... im no scammer... you wouldnt believe whats been going on... somehow the seat got shipped to my house, probably by mistake by of my friend.. as soon as i get home i will be sending it to you... im about 1 and a half hours away in wickenburg, its going to be 2 more days before im all the way home since im visiting family.. sorry about all this ill get back to you in a timely manner...

And that was 2 weeks ago.

I've asked for my money back and haven't seen either.

Did you use Paypal? Check w/ them to see if they can charge him back. Also, Visa can help.

sounds pretty crappy.if any of his stories are true that must suck.
loosing someone,then randomly ? getting jumped and then a package you sent gets returned ? this world is cruel .. but yea good luck getting your stuff/money back.

I think if this guy was lagit, it just would have taken a couple of mouse clicks to refund me. I'd feel bad if all that stuff happened, but it seems a little far fetched! Especially with no honest efffort!

If it's true, that sucks. Really even if his whole story is true, get your money back. I would not wait on this. You can buy the stuff later, when he is having better luck.

Still haven't seen anything. I don't think someone could have bad luck for this long. I filed a dispute with paypal. I hope they can help.

wow... i just heard of this and this is a first im hearing from you...

i was emailed all your info and sent it out... you had me send the item to a unsecured address and since my dumbass didnt get a tracking number its my fault? you tried to scam me and won, i have to pay you through paypal, my stories are true and yes i was late on shipping but it got to the destine address sent to me... i have numerous people that back me on being a good seller... i dont know what you are trying to pull but after 2 weeks of no reply and now its been how long, it took you what, 3 or 4 weeks to file a claim after.??? you obviously are trying to win a losing battle... it blatently looks like you are pulling something... and hey by all means do what you have to do... slander me, thats fine, nothing i say is gonna stop you,...
