John and Bob are awesome vendors, had a defective piece of hardware with my mid-size clone roller. 3 days from the time they were notified to the time it hit the door step. Great customer service. No complaints with the roller. I look forward to putin many hours on my bike as soon as I can get my motor issues straightened out. I reccomend MedinaMiniSX for prompt delivery and excellent customer service.

Yeah, these guys have been very responsive to any problems. They are very fast to resolve any issues. They respond quickly to emails and inquiries (big and small). Some vendors take multiple (3-5) emails, days, even weeks, to respond to questions about problems you are having w/ your purchase. Not these guys, always within a day of original e-mail.

I will buy more products from Medina Home Page .
