|  callin out Str8Ryder76 i bought i set of kx65 forks off of Str8Ryder76 back in february..2-19-08...i sent him a money order for $300 for kx65 forks and brakes...and after a week of him not recieving it, i went to the post office and wantd to see whats up!! and they couldnt track it in the database and kept saying the money order was unknown. and i told Str8Ryder76 that i thought it got lost in the mail and i was gonna try to get the money refunded..and i misread his reuest for $330 shippd so i was gonna send another 30 to cover shipping...so i askd him he he recieved the first one after lil more than week.. his reply was ~Did you send the $30 yet? Tracking #? I'm out of town right now so no on money order, but I'm sure it will show up. I only waited 36 days to recieve a part that was shipped by usps, I was really pissed off so im thinkin to myself why send the other 30 if u didnt recieve the first 300 yet???? and his clever reply was ~If I didn't recieve the first one i could always send back the $30 one right? so once i again im thinkin to myself why waste the time to send 30 if im stll gonna owe 300? anyways my whole rant about this is...up till today! 2 months later...i get no replies back..i dont hvae a phone number...and i get a little letter in the mail today from the post office from the United States Postal Service. Its a copy of the money order signed by a Richard Grange which is Str8Ryder76....and his last activity was 04-01-2008 03:08 PM so i know he has recieved my pm's...bottom line..Str8Ryder76 stole 300 dollars off of me |

| Re: callin out Str8Ryder76 its a felony to cash a postal money order and not send the item...or atleast im pretty sure it is. now if its a corner store money order your SOL, but with a post office money order, i know its a crime. |

I asked mxryder76 if he was also str8ryder 76 and he said no. I was looking for a complete KX65 front end. So after a few private messages I finally talk to guy named "Richard" last week who goes by Mxryder76. He was selling KX65 forks (I guess the same ones you sent money for). I should have know when he said "text me because I don't have caller ID on my phone" that it was fishy. Anyway I drove over an hour to meet him in Walnut Creek. Gave me an address that was an apartment building in a rough part of town. Had to text him from the parking lot again. At first the guy seemed nice enough so we go to his truck. He pulls out a bunch of boxes full of junk. The forks were pre 2000 (short) when he told me they were 2004 (long). Rusted bolts, cracked and leaking seals. Clamps were rusted as well. He went on and on about needing tires for his truck to go pickup his son. He wouldn't let me go. Went on and on about make an offer "I need the money". I bought his KX65 rear rim for $100, partly out of guilt and mostly so he wouldn't roll me in the parking lot then got the hell out of there. Got home and found out it was missing a spoke. I'm sorry to say you probably will not get your money back. If it helps I have a KX65 rear rim I'll send you for free. (I get free shipping at work).
