| Re: Why I never want to see a photo of me riding.. nice. I rode the CT in to work yesterday and today and even got followed by a County Sheriff today for a while. I can just image: Son, I realize your bike may be legal for these roads, but have you seen yourself on this bike? Do you know what you look like? No, I don't want to see pics of myself either. I like the image in my mind better. I'm 6'-1" so I can image what it looks like. Last edited by Dutch; 07-10-2008 at 07:02 AM. |

| Re: Why I never want to see a photo of me riding.. I actually stopped riding for a couple months after seeing a pic of me on my 50. Then after riding it one more time I decided it was too much fun and I don't care what I look like on it. I'm having a blast. Check out this guy I saw riding at Lake Elsinore. He's an inspiration to us all. ![]()

| Re: Why I never want to see a photo of me riding.. I am 6'3" and weigh 240lbs (after a 24 hour fast, with no hydration, naked, first thing in the morning, exhaling) Before my love affair with minis that resurged a couple of years ago.... I would not be caught dead on a littlle version of anything... You see I was "to cool for school" and my only hobbies for as long as I can remember- centered around going out and hooking up with "enhanced, shallow women, hot tubs, threesomes,models.. cab fare etc blah." I made sure I would never be caught looking like a fool, infact you could pretty much catch me with a mysterious, slightly dangerous, interesting look at any time... So when I got inot minis, I realized what a true hobby was again.... My friends don't understand and think I am lying and am secretly engaged. My shallow hotties don't even notice the bikes are small until I stand next to them... Then they say cool stuff like "don't you think you need a bigger one?" To which I reply "I want to, but since you only went to a D cup, I did not want everyone to notice how small your chest was... As for my mini, never shall I look at a pic! To be honest they don't feel small to me, they feel normal. Do I really think it would make me change my hobby if I saw a pic? Well I had a corvette when I was 25 and thought it was sooo coool (corvette summers), I traded it for of my custom VW convertable (to my friends heavily inebriated father who was a lawyer and got paid in corvettes/chickens etc...One day my friend had a video camera and taped me in the car (this was pre-cool years and I was fat and clueless).. I sold the vette the day after I saw the vid and bought a Bronco... I am not as much of a tool these days, and I don't care if anyone digs my minis, but I want to keep this photo in my head of how I look... |
