| Xr100 parts needed... This is for my 2002 motor... I need a flywheel cover, flywheel and stator, intake for 24mm carb, and exhaust collar (building my own exhaust, just need the collar). This is going in my NSR50, I'll be doing a Powroll 110 piston with some other mods to the crank and cam... I'll be using a stock head with some modifications to it, but if you've got a Kitaco head let me know!!! - TEAM QUAZZYMOTO RACING # 4 |

| Re: Xr100 parts needed... I don't have any stock ignitions, but can help with the mods on a cheap 50 IRK for your motor. You might look at an 80 trans too, or at least 5th gear. |

| Re: Xr100 parts needed... Okay.. I'm new to the 4 stroke thing... what is a 50 IRK?? And I thought the 02 motor has 5th gear. I know it isn't a 6th gear motor, and I think the 80 trans has a closer ratio for roadracing right?? I'll see how the stock XR100 trans does with the grearing I'll be running (16 front 42 rear). So, nobody has any of the stuff I need?? - TEAM QUAZZYMOTO RACING # 4 |

The cheap eBay inner rotors (or identical less-cheap ones from vendors...) can be modded to fit an upright XR and save $200 over the Kitaco one. A stock flywheel, coupled with the pig-heavy 100 crank, makes a slow revver. I've taken over a pound off one, and done a 80 crank big bore too. The stock CDI setups are stupid expensive even used anyway. If you're making the pipe, a piece of 1/4" aluminum makes a fine flange, with a couple holes drilled in it. | |

| Re: Xr100 parts needed... What are some of the other bikes that a flywheel cover will fit onto the XR100 motor?? That is sweet about the inner rotors.. where can I get some of these cheap inner rotor kits at?? Might as well get one of them and not the stock unit. How much modification does it require and will it be too "twitchy" for a roadrace bike like what I plan on building?? Are these some of the cheap inner rotors you are talking about: eBay Motors: STATOR COIL HONDA LIFAN XR100 ATV DIRT BIKE 150CC 200CC (item 180204092102 end time Jul-04-08 16 05 PDT)eBay Motors: ATV STATOR COIL HONDA XR100 BIKE KAZUMA ROKETA 200 250 (item 300160859347 end time Jul-08-08 13:37:10 PDT) |

| Re: Xr100 parts needed... Nope, those are stock stators for use with a stock type outer rotor flywheel. I don't think those actually even fit the XR100, but they wrongly referenced the early XL100 that was like the 125-175-185-200 motors. eBay Motors: INNER ROTOR KIT CRF50 CRF 50 XR XR50 70 Z IGNITION CDI (item 360065691419 end time Jul-04-08 20:48:45 PDT) It takes a little cutting on the backer plate and a couple new holes drilled, some 10mm spacers. Not too tough to sort out once you have the parts in hand. You'll still have the heavy stock crank to keep it from twitching up, and you're not exactly dealing with a rocketsled anyway Cover from an XL/XR/CRF 75, 80 or 100 will fit. | Re: Xr100 parts needed... firepower.. thanks for all your help.. I'll see about getting one of them inner rotor kits and making it work. Yeah, I'll have a heavy stock crank, but it will be stroked out 6mm by Powroll... so I think it will rip for a 110!!! |

| Re: Xr100 parts needed... Adding stroke??? Not having to fit a class? I've got a decent used 58mm topend if you want to add some more cc's. |
