Ok i was wondering if i could buy a ttr 125l hub and use that to replace my regular 125 hub? also buy all other disk brake compnents to use as well

You'll need to purchase the ttr125L front fork legs because the standard TTR model leg does not have the caliper mount for the disc brake system.
