xtreme exhaust

i have heard that the xtreme 107 exhaust is too loud, but have not heard of many alternatives...i know that stock exhausts from a 50 and a 70 will hold it back but if they fit let me know anyway, any suggestions would help

Re: xtreme exhaust

i just got a sdg exhaust off ebay for 12 bucks and i not loud but sounds good. It should bolt right up with ur bike. I think the guy had like 12 of them so there still should be plenty left.

Re: xtreme exhaust

yeah i have a crf50 and the only thing i needed to do was to cut the header about 2 inches cuase the sdg frame is +2. with just a little cutting maybe not u should be fine. The shipping however took about 2 weeks wich i thaught was long but well worht the price imo. Even if it doesnt bolt up u still can always use the header.

Re: xtreme exhaust

What I did with my xtreme 88 was weld a klx110 muffler on the pipe of xtreme exhaust. It was much quieter and did not hurt the power at all once I got it retuned. All I had to to was fiddle with the air/fuel screw. I got my klx exhaust on ebay for $20 shipped. Took me one hour to fit and weld. My bike was so loud that my friends didn't want to ride with me. After it was like a night and day.

Re: xtreme exhaust

I got an xtreme cr107 yesterday for $200, that stock exhaust is LOUD. I got it home and tried to put my Two brothers M6 from my crf50 on it to see if it would fit. I think if I would have forced it it would have gone right on, but I did not want to hurt the pipe. It seems like the skid plate got in the way, and the mounting bolts on the head were just a tiny but off. The M6 pipe hugs the frame pretty tight though, so any other pipe might fit..

Re: xtreme exhaust

here you go eBay Motors: MINI BIKE PIT BIKE XR50 CRF50 EXHAUST PIPE AND MUFFLER (item 330277736761 end time Oct-19-08 07:26:21 PDT) the exhaust looks great and sounds good but not loud, it sounds a little bit louder than a stock 50

Re: xtreme exhaust

Yea, craigslist is amazing! It wasn't running right, but I cleaned and adjusted the carb and runs great. I just hate the manual trans...

I gutted the e-start today, lost like 100lbs . Anyone know how to get the flywheel off these things?
