Re: SSR VS Pitster

Pitster only has the 160, so with the longer stroke it puts you ahead of the game with upgrades to the engine.

Re: SSR VS Pitster

oh my bad i ment the 160. well i wouldn't be doing any upgrades anytime soon. that's why i'm not getting a klx and modding it. i just can't afford it. so i figure i'd just sacrafice a little quality for a cheaper bike. but i don't know which on to get. the ssr or the pitster. i haven't ridden either and don't know a ton about em'.

Re: SSR VS Pitster

try them both, see which you like, klx style or crf70 style, both are good bikes, pitster is having some excellant closeout deals so you could pick one up cheap, i dno what deals ssr is having right now.

Re: SSR VS Pitster

i have nothing aginst pitster by any means but from the looks of it ssr has done their homework. the 70 has awasome eguronomics and is a surefire bike when built up right. thats exactly what the ssr is. i personally like the ssr better because im sick of seeing 110's. i think built 70s are way cooler
