I come to the track all exited.. went for a lap.. and the track just beat the **** out of me!! I mean i couldent even pull the clutch in at the end of the lap! Ofter that i gave my big bike a spin and boy.. that was just a relaxation compared to my mini... then i understood that my suspension is just HORRIBLE!!! So i need a lil input from the know how dudes.. I weight 170 and have the SGR forks and DNM rear.. how to adjust to the "SOFTEST" ?? |

Re: So I put dirt tires on my bike... are there any valves ontop of the fork tubes? of so twist em from side to side see what that does, same with your rear shock. I'm not sure if knock off suspension is adjustable?

Re: So I put dirt tires on my bike... Also has to do with how your usual tracks are set up; tight berms, sweepers, sand, hills, ruts, etc??? You've probably seen this vid 100000000000times but any way:

Re: So I put dirt tires on my bike... After looking at youre bike, I'm guessing that you might have a little knob on the rear shock that says soft-hard if it dont sy that, I'm pretty sure left is soft, right is hard. If ya dont have a knob at all, you can adjust your rings counter clockwise to make it a LITTLE softer. Note going too far counter clockwise will lower the rear end and will eliminate the springs purpose.

Re: So I put dirt tires on my bike... I think the outlaw site has a fork servicing pdf file that works pretty good for SSR forks which I think may be similar to the staggs. Inverted fork servicing Suspension Setup
