I have an ssr A-1 when i sit on the bike the rear sags more than i like is it blown? Should i get a new and better one? Or can i adjust the stock one?I wiegh 135 and im 5'11". Im looking for something that can be a little stiffer and give me an inch or two more height.

could be blown but i`m no expert.i would just add some preload to the spring to start with.just match mark and adjust.
