Thumbs down Ncc`s way to deal with customers

I’m going to keep it short otherwise this tread would take up way to much space.
First I contacted ncc for a pitster x4r and ask them if they would ship it to Munich. They were very coopering at this point. I had some problems with the payment to arrive Ncc because of pay pal (just the banks fault).
After Ncc had the money it took them 5 week to put the bike together and ship it. 5 week is a long time but they said that there having problems with the setup. I understood them and accepted the wait. Because they did have to work on it if they build it the correct way.
Anyhow I got over it and was happy to pick up my bike in Munich airport after a 500mile ride. Just to find out that all the stuff that I ordered extra was not on the bike. The just send me a stock bike.
The real problem is that I payed Ncc for all the extra stuff and on top of it 8% duty and 19% tax!! For stuff that I did not receive. Here is the bill of the bike I wanted and the pics of the bike I got.

the bill

they forgot the asv levers on the bike aswell

No idea what size the cylinder is

rear shock

air filter

stock levers

List of what I’m missing:
Elka shock
Asv levers
Uni air filter
Handlebar pad
Jet kit
Fender brace with the handles

Re: Ncc`s way to deal with customers

Everything you ordered is with the bike , in the box, shock , stock shock came with the bike so it was included, The head is a TBV2 and the cylinder is our own BBK that is why there are no markings on the cylinder. The carb was jetted as requested and the engine test ran. Would have been nice to get an email saying anything was missing before the post?
You also forgot to mention you wanted me to break the law and say the bike was used or something at a very low price, I could not and that is why it cost so much. If anything is missing shoot me an email with the address you want it sent to and I will get it to you.

Re: Ncc`s way to deal with customers

Did you get the Elka shock, fender brace, Jet kit and asv levers..???

Whats missing...and why would you want the stock shock when you have the Upgrade elka..? you get the difference with the trade.

my X4R came with all (3, blue, Black & red) Leverage blocks and a box full of the extras that come with the X4R

Elka, Zokes came installed on the bike

Re: Ncc`s way to deal with customers

Looks like I ain't buying nothing from them. I mean come on if they had to build the bike from the ground up why not just put the extra stuff he wanted on there and just shipped the stock stuff in a box.

The only thing I could think of is that he did not check the box carefully enough and threw it away. Now that would suck but if it was me I would check everything to make sure I got everything but you know how some people can be.

Hopefully it gets worked out in the end.

Re: Ncc`s way to deal with customers

There is no other box. I saw that the stuff was missing from the beginning on and I asked the Lufthansa personnel if there was another box. They told me there is only one box as the paper work says as well. I would have contacted u right away but it was Labor Day in the us.

And yes I am missing stuff
Elka shock
Asv levers
Uni air filter
Handlebar pad
Fender brace with the handles

Trust me...its VERY HARD to miss anything shipped in a crate with a Bike such as that...if the extras were in a box inside the crate...it would be close to 10lbs

also do not judge the thread as of yet.... theres Phone calls and possible mis-handleing claims to be filed on the Shippers part.

Fuk !!! shipping oversea's is what I say way to difficult and expensive

I feel for both parties involved

maybe someone else got his bike and he got someone elses...it happens...not often but happens

I agree take it to the PM's till you get the right answers....As this site really dont need anymore Sh!t talking or bashing without any Facts.

Keep a Cool head...

I still have every piece of packaging that came with the bike in my garage. When I opened the cardboard box at the airport /cargo to check if every think was there I saw that it was missing. That’s when I asked the worker there. I even went back to the office and the double check to see if there was any unmarked/lost package found in that flight.

Re: Ncc`s way to deal with customers

Work with NCC direct and get your issues worked out. I see no reason to drop bombs without discussing in detail with the vendor first.

If no resolution can be made, start another thread in the future.

This one is done.
