| How does this mount? Just how exactly does this goofy front number plate mount to a bike? I have gotten 2 of them lately with plastics that I have bought and can't figure out how they mount...... ![]() ![]() |

| Re: How does this mount? The plate on my youngest sons bike is the same way. His mounts with 2 bolts on the sides of the plate into threaded holes on the triple clamps. The bottom tab bends back and has a bolt that runs thru it and the middle of the fender. The top tab, you might as well cut off. It's supposed to slide over the fork stem nut, but it never stays in place. |

| Re: How does this mount? what's wrong with mounting them with a bolt in the top and bottom like they are supposed to be (sarcasm)? Geeze you have to be a rocket scientist to figure this goof thing out.......... Thanks. |
