Re: China motor manual????

Just buy a Haynes or Clymer manual for a Honda 50 and most specs are the same. You can also google youtube for alot of info and video on these small engines.
Here is a uk forum full of basic tutorials

But, suprisingly, there is "quality control"... 質量控制
Having the words in the language, and applying it to certain manufacturing standards apparently do not apply here...

Re: China motor manual????

the cam timing is just like on a honda 50 ,TDC on the flywheel and the top cam sprocket mark at 9 o'clock
torque the head nuts to 110'' pounds and then re-torque soon after first start up
set valves at .003 in and .005 exh

the is a cd we can get you too

Re: China motor manual????

im sorry let me brake it down

take your flywheel cover off
take you cam cover off (its the 10mm head bolt just above spark plug the center of the head ,goes all the way thru and holds on the cam cover )
put your flywheel on TDC (top dead center) ,,,its the T mark
but double check ,the flywheel will feel loose when turned slightly at TDC
look at the cam sprocket ,theres a mark 0 on it
that should be at 9' o clock

NOW
