Anyone ever deal with OGM?

Wow all I can say is the customer support SUCKS. I bought an OGM sx140 about 5 months ago.. Nice bike I admit very fun and well made BUT dealing with this company and guy named Alex has been a hassle I sent back broken parts under warranty and haven't received jack **** back in 2 months no returned emails nothing.. tried calling, tells me the same line everytime. Anyone have any bad experiences with this company? Im not knocking the bike.. its well made, just the customer support is a joke

Re: Anyone ever deal with OGM?

DUDE!!! Same EXACT thing happened to me. didnt get my rear brake saddle clip and some other stuff. I emailed OGM and got nothing back, luckily I dealt with the dealer who got my parts for me. Outlaw got me all set, and said it was ogm's fault for shipping the bikes without these parts. He said he had to pull them off of 150 sx's because he couldnt get ahold of ogm or something.

Look for Thumpstar they have a great new bike coming out not to mention the MDX150 that is on the market..

OGM hasnt been around long and with poor customer support wont be either. Look for a company that has supported this sport and has been around more than a couple of years, that shows customer support and quality products.
