Just seen an 07 Orion 125 for sale on Craigslist for $350. I went and looked it seems as new. just wondering if these bikes are worth $h!t or not? It has adjustable front forks with aluminum rims. The bad is it has an electric start Dakunar engine...The bike was never registered and rode less than 4 hours total.

Ya its crap alright...Maybe not for the price. Give him $300 and its all good. But if you have the money, get a real bike. ttr/crf50 or crf70 klx110 even if it means having to ride bone stock. Its alot more fun and will last you ALOT longer.

It ain't a great bike in anybodys book... but at an ok price. See if you can get $300.

Noted.......but dont most all even the crf bikes get plenty of china parts these days? Is it just the word chinese knockoff what offends so many diehard jap bike owners here or what. I already have a roketa that is two years old. The entire suspension on it is still in working order with nothing bent or loose or broken. The engine is missing third gear but besides that the other 3 gears still work just fine...8*)

thats how much I paid for mine and I don't even know what brand it is..I am just enjoying it and doing regular maintenance and she still runs strong. I don't know how long she will last tho

that is a good bike if you are going to ride in circles but not good for jumping or any thing like that

No, as long as you keep teh chinese crap off of it you will be okay. The reson you dont have that third gear is because the engine is no dependable and was put together by 9 year olds in a sweatshop. Dude i promise you, if you get a honda you will not regret it at all.

Engines are my least worries.....I have built a few in the past. That old saying the chain is only as strong as the weakest link is very true in alot of ways........
I am an old fart but just can not seem to shake that kid in me.

BTW I had the first and second generation 250R three wheelers.
I know HONDA rules.....

I know my Ford has alot of chinese parts on it but it did not stop me from buying it. I know plenty of chinese haters out there and some are right because they have had their share of issues.,,,,but seems more are just haters because their buddies are and not hating for any other reason.
I appreciate all the feedback. It was just about what I figured it would be but not in the chinese forum. I thought there would be more china riders in this forum to give real world feedback of this brand bike.

BTW I bought it for $300. amybe not the smartest but it is 4 hours old.

and actually their customer service is pretty bad a$$ for a cheap knock off...

i run an xtreme cr3 and love it. my little bros got the orion 125, and i must say that its not the best bike in the world, but for how cheap it is at least now he can ride. and isnt that the point anyways.... who cares if ur on a $5000 pitter, when it coes down to it its the rider. oh, and when u wad that beautiful work of art up and cry about how much its gna cost to fix it, remember one thing. you could scrap that orion and start over for what your going to spend fixing it!!! lmao sry just thought id throw that in there

it's worth $350!!! you can have a lot of fun with that bike. now everyone is gonna tell you how much of a piece of **** it is or whatever but if you have a $500 budget and are just out to have fun you found a gem. have fun cause thats what it is about.

Before i got my crf 50 i didnt have enough money and got an extreme bike. it suked. Even though there way cheaper with price there not worth it at all. There peices of crap.

BS!!! I sold a CRF70 in favor for 2, yes 2 china bikes and will never buy another "jap" bike. They (japs) are over priced and not that much better. say what you will but "china knock offs" are not that bad and getting better. I can buy a whole new china motor for what it costs to put a High comp piston in a honda.........

Well, there are lemons in every bunch. It's just that the percentage of Chinese lemons out there is a whole lot higher.
