First PM Dirt/Motard Ride Weekend!!! Sept.......

Sept 10-11, 2005 @ Lake Elsinore MX Park & Grange Motor Circuit
8O
Dirt AND Street!!! YUP! lets do it guys! its time to hit up both tracks! We will most likely be going for a saturday dirt and sunday street......but if that doesnt work out it might be the other way around......im still waiting to hear back from grange about the date of the 11th there......so lets hope its good. We should be good to go at Elsinore since there are no races that weekend. i emailed a couple organizers to make sure they didnt have anything planned.

so those of you who didnt get a chance to show those ugly faces of yours will have another chance on dirt and asphalt soon. lets all get out there for this weekend and have some fun!!.....skill needs not apply....come with your gear and bike and have a fun time.....we arent out there to say whos faster than who but to just ride with others who love to ride bikes made for 8 yr olds ......
Come out for both days if you can. There are plenty of nearby hotels and im sure a few places to camp in the RV's........... search in the Lake Elsinore/Wildomar area near the Bundy Canyon exit off the 15 Fwy.....

Directions to the Elsinore MX Park & Directions and Map to Grange Motor Circuit

Weather Forecast for Lake Elsinore, CA & Weather Forecast for Apple Valley, CA

DIRT - Lake elsinore has a 60/80 track ( ), pee-wee track, Adult Mini (50/70/110 etc...) SX/MX track, GFI track, vet track, quad track, and a few others. check the web site for a full description of the tracks.

This is by FAR my favorite place to ride. Lets get everyone out for some fiddy bar banging. bring your big bikes too!!

MOTARD - Grange is a HUGE track perfect for any size mini. i personally ahve not ridden the track yet and want to get out there to see whats its like....ive been to the track and have seen it in person and it is a REALLY nice track...top notch!!! i cant wait to get out there for some motard riding......there is FREE overnight camping at the track!!!

we will most likely camp there after elsinore on saturday and wake up for some motard riding!! so dont worry about a hotel or paying for that.....either stay at home or stay in a tent or trailer.......but get out here and party with us!!!

Dakota569, filthyboatguy, BIG-BOB, worm, louR7, Z50King(gonna knock the dust off that bike?), FiddyBoy, cisco4130, motarded, 5hoe, 100ccsanokid, highlittleboi, MpR, xr50rider, 50_donkey, tcracer, miniman, mrmotard, chet, DesignFate, logikal, velocity101 (with my beer ), Thekevin88, gomerpile, Indetrucks, Thormx, MxMorrow, Phatfiddy, ZGminis, 50rider5150, frdvschvy, miniman????.............and there are plenty more.....

I'm in for the Sat Elsinore for cheesy! But then again I would be there anyway. I'm usually there every Sat riding by myself or with Miniman. (Unless the races are that weekend).

Can I bring my Duc to the Sunday track day? haha

I'll hit up Scuba Steve also... I'm sure he'd be in. Dont forget the SPARKS!

You can ride one of my minis at Grange.

Grange is only 60 miles from Glen Helen.

Hey thanks for the offer filthy!

The 11th is the actuall glen helen race isnt it? If so then im not going to be riding minis that day. I could make it saturday to anywhere probably.

We still arnt 100% set that we are going this date, but he might fly out there just to check it out and watch glen helen, then do that motocross vacaction thing sometime when i get a break off school.

Oh yeah........

That back straight is long and slightly uphill, but you'll make up for it in the 11-12 corners.

Would we run the dirt section also? Gotta be true supermoto

Sounds like a plan. I will be requesting that weekend off work. Should be able to get an extra wheel setup by then for some motard action. Cant wait. And the Sparks for sure.

I think with a 4 speed you are covered with whatever gearing you have. It's a fast track with a 600 ft straight.

One of the guys I know had his son on the track on his bone stock KLX110. They gave him some grief about the knobbies, but let him ride. This was on a nothing special day.

On the STTARS race days, knobbies are good to go. Stock XR knobbies work well at Grange, the asphalt is really grippy, not slick anywhere.
