I live in the Southern Highlands (rarely any cops) and ride a near-by parking lot figure 8 mini track for practice. After a few laps there I ride through the southwest end of Las Vegas with all sorts of terrain on and off-road and head to the industrial district for a pick of loading dock stunt spots to mile long warehouse parking lot tracks (some cones would be nice)......If there were more mini riders in this town I would try to organize some sort of weekly ride or lot practice. But since alot of guys are going to be in town for the Orleans mini SX, how about a mini cannonball run with a purse made up of the riders entry fees....

to go three ways to 1st 2nd and 3rd place finishes ?? I could even have some chase bikes to film the action along the way..... There is alot of area on this side of town that is deserted at certain times and would make for a killer layout say from the Southern Highlands to The Orleans parking lot or something along those lines. Have a route layed out with several checkpoints to keep it honest (take any trail street or whatever in between to get to each checkpoint and it could could be anyones chance to win it)...let me know what you folks think..am I just just crazy or does this sound like a good idea..

over 300 minis are coming to town and no one wants to hit the streets ??

Totally lookin for people/places to mob the fiddy! That cannonball sounds bad ass! I see fiftys all over town but i never see any one ridin em. Let me know if you want to get together some weekend. I live all the way north (Aliente) but we can meet any where.

See here in glendale, or the county of Los Angeles, the cops bitch about everything so theres not even a chance that I'd risk riding my bike on the street. I mean if it just meant getting a ticket or two then it would be worth a few rides, but here they impound your bike. Although this one guy use to ride by my street with a KTM 2stroke which would draw mor attention than ever, hearing the buzz of the smoker and seeing a cloud of blue smoke but I think he did end up getting caught.
