OK so the verdict is in...we had the best time I have ever had on two wheels at the NJMP trial we scheduled with the management. They have agreed to let minis run on the cart tracks in a few different configurations. I will be setting up another trackday for August 25th. I will be taking registrations shortly once my details are straight with the track mgmt. Tentative details are as follows:

1. Arrive no later than 8:00am for a mandatory riders meeting and sessions will start promptly at 9am.
2. There will be either two or three groups running 20 minute sessions depending on participation levels (groups are dependant on rider skill and attitude)
3. Prices sound like they will be ranging from $45 to $60 per rider. confirmation to follow.
4. Not sure about age cutoff yet
5. Proper gear required
6. Bikes can be no larger than 150cc fourstroke and 85cc twostroke.
7. Bikes are recommended to be larger than 50cc fourstroke as the track warrants tall gearing with higher speeds

I will have more details soon so stay alert to this post. This is a very exciting opportunity that NJMP is giving the mini world so let's really show some participation. I will offer the contact info once my details are confirmed.

Call Ryan at 732-915-3966 or e-mail at rfleming@jgsinsurance.com to register. This is very important. There is a minimum amount of riders required in order for us to be allowed on the track. If we do not exceed that minimum, alot of people will have made the drive only to be told to turn around and go home. PLEASE PRE-REGISTER! You will not have to pay the confirmed $55 until you get to the track.

How about some pictures, and would this turn into something consistant?(sp) I would be intrested in building an 85 motard. And whats the age cut off? I will be 17 sept.5

What about us that have jobs and mortgages to pay? What's with Mondays??

?? I'd be down but on weekends only or week nights as I have a family to support

Weekends will come if we show some numbers on the weekdays. For the first few days it will have to be during the week. I have three kids and a fairly large mortgage so all you whiners have no excuse. Let's ride. Register up or this opportunity may disappear. The age cutoff was for kids much younger than 17. I've ridden with a 14 yr old that will darn near embarass anyone out there. It's the real young kids that may not be allowed on the track.
