Re: Front Motard Tire

A "motard tire" that will fit what stock forks? 10" or 12"????

Dirt/pavement? Have your local flat tracker carve up a set of RR tires........

dirt? Then use dirt tires.........

Pavement?

people need more clues to direct you properly on a tire choice.........

Question Re: Front Motard Tire

Did you sell your bike yet

Did you find the 'motard tires' you were looking for?

I used some SAVA MC0 10" rains on and older Xtreme CRII, and they worked pretty good until it got real dusty (from bigger bikes and quads) on hard packed clay, the track is a 1.25 mile track for playbikes etc... fad away tables, small doubles, nice berms, natural jumps..........

You can use just about any Road based tire and have them cut by a flat track racer or buy the $85 tool for cutting your own A local friend of mine just started cutting TT92s with great results He rides a KLX and RM on true supermotard tracks and is waaay fast.

Do the moderators ever have time to post up quality stickies with relevant technical advice for such simple questions? I mean stickies that are stickies not sticky threads where pople just foam at the mouth about "thier" crap........

Thats probably the best answer i've ever read!

That just reinforces how most forums lack any real knowlege to get more people propper information..........

Simply amazing that even the moderators don't give a sh1t and vocally display it

WOW........... its a wonder..........

I guess it'll just keep people emailing/PMing/calling vendors with RETARDED questions.......... I would think it would be intellengent to to at least try and keep people informed of the vary basic information. I mean really....... I'm STUNNED

I'm sure that vendors have nothing better to do than try and clue these people

Re: Front Motard Tire

No offense Teddy, but this is one of those wonderful times that I can say 'Put up or shut up.' If you want to collect the relevant info and put it up somewhere, no one is stopping you. I tried doing that for motor tech info and quickly burned out. I don't get paid for this title, I pop in occasionally, skim the new posts for threads that are interesting, and when I spot trouble I act. I don't punch a clock, I'm not required to hit X threads an hour, I do what I can when I've got the time. If you're full of piss and vinegar with no outlet, get off the high horse, and start doing some write-ups.
