Afternoon everyone. We had a great first trackday at NJMP with limited issues. I am going to be updating everyone about everything via an e-mail list, so get me yours. Since we all behaved ourselves we have been given the opportunity to book the weekend date of Sunday, September 14th. The track would really like to see some bigger numbers so let’s reach out to anyone and everyone that might possibly be interested. If you have an extra bike, bring it and let a friend try it out for the day. The price will again be $55 for more riding than you will ever be able to handle. The track is amazing and we get to switch around the configuration as the day progresses. Below are some of the requirements. Please pay attention to all of them.

1. Arrive no later than 9:00am for a mandatory bike tech, riders meeting and citing lap. Sessions will start directly after. It would be wise to be there earlier to set up.
2. There will be either one or two groups running 20 minute sessions depending on participation levels (groups are dependant on rider skill, bike type, and attitude)
3. Price will be $55 per rider.
4. Not sure about age cutoff yet
5. Proper gear required. Just use your head. No jeans or T-shirts, get it?
6. Bikes can be no larger than 150cc fourstroke (except Vince the cheater, LOL!) and 85cc twostroke.
7. Bikes are recommended to be larger than 50cc fourstroke as the track warrants tall gearing with higher speeds.
8. Pit site rules: Keep your site organized. The track needs to maintain professionalism.
No needless engine revving
Keep fluid spills to a minimum
No Wheelies
Families are more than welcome
No leaning bikes on fences tent poles or any other NJMP property
9. YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME TO PREREGISTER! No prepayment required, just let me know who you are, contact info, and what you’re riding. This way if you don’t show up when you say you were going to, I can drop a flaming bag of poo on your doorstep and let the air out of all your tires.

I will have more details soon so stay alert. This is a very exciting opportunity that NJMP is giving the mini world so let's really show some participation.

Call me at 732-255-1041 or e-mail at ryan_michael_fleming@yahoo.com to register. This is very important. There is a minimum amount of riders required in order for us to be allowed on the track. If we do not exceed that minimum, a lot of people will have made the drive only to be told to turn around and go home. PLEASE PRE-REGISTER! You will not have to pay the $55 until you get to the track.

That's a hell of a drive from Utah. I tell you what. I'll pay your $55 if you show up. LOL! This isn't playing in the dirt with the kids for free here. This is road racing on a real road course. That's never free.

People can't afford it probally, most people got into minis because it was cheap. I plan on comming out to watch the next one, I just don't feel like setting a bike up for it

Anyone that races Pit Bikes can afford to pay $55 to ride all day. Hell that's what it costs to run 2 classes at a typical MX event and your only on the track for a grand total of 20 minutes at best. $55 to ride until you or your bike can't take it anymore is a steal in my eyes.

Ryan I am getting my bike ready as we speak but I am having trouble getting gear for my body. Also I hope my knee is up to it.

i think thats the same weekend as the Master of minis second Event in CT at rocky hill. I know that alot of people will be heading to that if it was another weekend i would prolly try and make the tirp.

I'm in! I was there on Sunday for the Supercar races. Excellent facility! Checked out the kart track too. Inquired about minis running on the track and they told me someone was setting things up. Got home to an email from Tim aka dirtbkr telling me about you Ryan and the 14th. I have a plans that day but I will be there for the next one. Have 2 Z50's ready to roll. Both with 88cc RH 4spd man & brand new Heidenua's. Gearing is 16t/32t. Good for that track?

Can't wait! Much closer than E-Town for me.

Ryan will I be able to wear MX pants with full race Thor Knee pads with a Leather racing jacket and MX Helmet and goggles? Just can't swing a $500 suit until I know Motard is for me. If so I'm in.......!

You will run out of gearing and you will be a tad underpowered to be the fastest guy out there. I would suggest even taller gearing if you can beleive that. The reason is because the corners coming onto the straights are fast. you will still have a blast though. Actually, if enough guys come with worked 50cc bikes, I may just have a second group run for smaller displacement only.
