Advice on buying my first I'm in the market for a good mini-motard. Had a HOOT riding my friends cr85, one with 17"s, the other with 12"s. I've been researching and finding alot of the pitsters, reasonably priced. My questions are how are they for motards, and how are they compared to the big japs? And how reliable (chassis included)? I may start racing, but for now trackdays down here in Starke, FL. Thanks!! Jonny

Re: Advice on buying my first If you've got some $$$ I suggest a G2Moto Motard direct from Mike, they do a great job putting them together.

Re: Advice on buying my first Money-wise, i'm not really looking to spend over $2000. Trying for the $1500 mark. Obviously it'll be something used, that's the only way to go to get the best bang for the buck. I may get bored, track may shut down, or any other host of reasons why i may sell it after a few months. Don't like loosing $$ on motorcycles. My other cash sponges is an 07 CBR600RR, 07 KTM 450SXF, and 07 RMZ 250. Both the KTM & RMZ are for sale, buy still ride mx, won't give that up. And doing some trackdays with the 600RR in a month or two.
