looks OK, now strech the frame and sub frame a bit more, along with the seat and get plastics that look like they fit, get some triples that are the same id. size of one of the 85s so we can put nice forks on with out the high price of zokes. next going to need an airbox so we can actually ride when raining, muddy etc....

Love you guys to to use the common specs of an one of the 85s so we can
get a lot of their parts which can be cheaper via ebay. Throw in a YX what ever size you want....THEN you'll have a bike worth bragging about!

good idea (had it in 87 when we put an xr100 motor in a cr80 chassis )this is only the beginning

ok i cant help but saying at least one thing. GET A GODDAM VERTICAL MOTOR SO YOU CAN HAVE THE AIRBOX AND ALL THAT CRAP. I cant believe they are still using horizontal engines in this thing, put a frickin cradle on it, you cant race it as a pitbike anyway!!! Stupid chinese people.

its not so stupid when you consider the only china engines you can get parts for are horizontals !!

alot of companies are using lifan or zongshen 200cc ohc engines ,very heavy compared to a yx160 and no parts or hop ups to be found

haha are you serious? you ever heard of cartwright or bbr conversions??? the first pitbikes, 14/17 setup and in my opinion, they were the best of all the pitbike times. cartwright allways put on a killer race behind their place in dallas, the day after supercross. there is a class for these bikes this year at the chp mini nat. and you will prolly see them in a few yrs at vegas.
