I have to say, for all of you who have had to wait extra long on stuff I apologize. We've hit all time highs in orders, and are struggling to keep up. At the moment, I am looking at 36 total orders on our board.... and averaging 1-2 orders an hour. For 2-3 people, that means SWAMPED.

So stuff has been misplaced, mis-shipped and a variety of other issues. I feel the need to apologize to you guys for this, but was hoping you understood the reason why, and know that we're dedicated to bringing you the best customer service possible, and I personally will do my best to get everything corrected.

Some may remember a lot of shirts not arriving on time last week. Well..... I have an even better explanation for that. And a heads up to anyone who ships USPS. Do NOT use Mil-Pac envelopes... we never noticed that "Mil-Pac" image on them, and all of the shirts got returned for improper packaging.

So, there ya have it. I want to give you guys the best product, best service, and best looking graphics out there... and I do not like to let you guys down. So I will be trying harder and making sure we get stuff out to you all ASAP.

PS, also, we'll be closed tomorrow to attend the 42nd Anniversary of PIR motocross. So maybe see some of you out there.

I know i have sent a few emails but i really appreciate the apology even though it wasnt needed...i look foward to receiving my stuff

Thanx...Even though I didnt buy anything LOL. But I will remember this good judgement on taking responsibility for your actions the next time I buy sumthin from you.
