160cc = 60mm bore x 56mm stroke, Valve Size = Intake: 21.5mm x (2), Exhaust: 18.5mm x (2)

Installation Notes:

$ 1850.00 for the 160 kit and $ 1550.00 for the 143 kit.
On the 160 kit i only have two kits left.

No roller rocker in the 4 vavle head.

No not it this time, we just have hole kits. and now i have only one of the 160 kits left.

While you've got a kit in hand, mind comparing that cam to say, a YX150 cam? I'm curious if Kitaco set it up to take standard KLX cams or not, or if it's just a matter of bearing swaps?

Motor is putting down around 20hp but the torque and reving power is unreal.

The cases need to be machined for the bottom end of the rod does not hit the inner cases what we do is put the cases in the laith and machine them larger to except the longer crank end.
