I got wrote up for riding my 110 on "public roads" (it was actually about 150 feet of road to get to the nearby desert). I got cited for "unlicensed driver 12500(a) cvc" but it should have been "12500(b) Requires the driver of a motorcycle to be licensed" because it was a motorcycle. Am I wrong?

little mistakes like that can get you off with a decent lawyer.
