i was hopin youd show up portland... it was actually one of the threads you made or commented in that convinced me the s-10 was the way to go..

Oh cool, did you already buy one? 4 wheel drive would be nice in the winter, but i think that would take away from the fuel economy quite a bit. for the amount of time i used the 4 wheel drive in my old trucks it isn't really worth it for me. My brothers girlfriend hit a telephone pole backing up in my truck back in June. she lunched the drivers side front fender. that sucked, but she did give me money to fix it. i have the new fender, but i haven't brought it in yet. My truck has 111k miles now and runs great. i bought it with 75k. I drove it round trip from boston to FL once, and then this spring from Boston to SC and back hauling two bikes.
