Re: TT-R 110 swingarm conversion?

a crf 50 bbr +5 swing arm wil fit a ttr by getting some custom shims made for the swingarm you can use a klx rear swing arm but the swing arm pivot bolt is a bigger diameter than a ttr one,so using a honda is a easier option....i done this ages ago on a ttr 90....

spec of bike is.....

kx 65 marazochi front forks
klx 110 elka rear shock
bbr +5 crf 50 rear swinger
talon hubs and excel rims with hd stainless steel spokes off a kx 65
kx 65 brakes front and rear using a sik tendencies rear klx brake adapter kit
gas flowed and ported head
takegaw 110 big bore kit
high seat kit
pro taper cr 65 handle bars
kx 65 front mudgaurd and number board
renthal prockets
tbr exhaust
fastway pegs
ktm 65 brembo rear master cyclinder mated to a reeg mx master cyclinder bracket and reeg mx rear brake pedal
custom stainless stell braided brake lines front and rear
modified and reinforced frame to mount the klx 110 elka rear shock

Re: TT-R 110 swingarm conversion?

how did you come up with the idea for a crf 50 swingarm, how much work was figuring the top mount on the shock and where'd you find the disk brake set up?
