My stocker build.

2004 KLX 110
Tag X5 Supermini bars
KX65 pegs with crf250 Peg springs
Custom Vented front plate
ASV front brake lever
Gold kx60 front wheel
Heavy front springs
Heavey rear spring
Custom plus 2 added to stock swinger
N-style seat cover

Thanks i actually have the shroud graphics that go with the seat but im just over the black plastics for now.

Looks like welded iron or steel...Should be if it was done corectly. Nice way to keep within a budget.

Where did you get the vented # plate from??? I know cycra makes vented but dont know where to get one that would fit a mini...

Yea its pretty solid who ever added it took their time.
I used my stock one and cut it out after seeing how the one on my big bike was done.

Hhaha alot of patience is how. I basically marked a rough line with a sharpy (take off with carb cleaner) and cut it out with a die grinder then started shaving it with a razor knife and used a round file for the sharp degree in the corners and used sand paper to get the rough burs off at the end. It took me about an hr to just shave it down.

The screen is just the cheap plastic vent stuff at walmarts but it will do till i find the right metal wire mesh i want. But another tip i learned was get one side to where you want it to stop then messure that and make marks to shave too.

that swingarm is solid my friend building prerunner roll cages hes the one that made that one for me.
