my setup input please

ok so after talking to the guy at bbr i think im gunna go with e6 front forks and a fox rear shock now what he said about the bbr u flow filter bieng by the best on the dyno i completly agree with because of the design but for a stock motor and eventully bbr143 kit what is the best pipe he claims the fmf to be the worst and Page Ranking not much better and the bbr best with two brothers hanging right there so what do u think should i go with his suggestion he wasnt like bbr is best blah blah blah he gave a bunch of different rasons why to choose some compontents verus thier stuff and i dont think he was bull sh*t'n so please any advice

Re: my setup input please

he also told me that if i went with stiffer rear spring witth e6 would still be pretty good or stiffer front and rear and dampining rods in the front would also be good his main thing was you could ride this setup and like it but u could love it he said 1 if you land smooth it should be ok but if your going to ride some rough mini tracks and whoops and hit really big stuff then ur gunna probally want the e6's and fox and going with the e6's is just easier.

Re: my setup input please

did he say that about the fmf 4.1/xtreme 4.1 fmf pipe... or the normal Power Core 4 normal headder pipe???

cause heres factory 4.1.. almost same thing as the Xtreme 4.1..

Heres Power Core 4

because with that big bore kit you want, one of these would be good performance... the other would not be a great idea

Re: my setup input please

the kx 60 forks are better than the e6's cheaper and better the bbr pipe is fersure not the best pipe i don like it i think eatiher fmf4.1 procircuit ti4 or yosh rs2 are by far 10 times better than two bros and bbr.just my 0.2

Re: my setup input please

ok now not standing with him but just saying what he said he said that the fmf and pro circuit pipes are to big in diameter not allowing and back pressure and ino of course he wil say thiers is the best but he thinks the two bros is about as good "form dyno results" and rember i will not be running the bbr 143 stright from the box probally like winter of somthing he said that the fmf and pro circuit perform very well on bigger hp bikes like 160's + i want osmthing that performs well on a more stock bike just the u flow filter and maybe a rev box and a pipe and suspension and bars and a tall seat for now

Re: my setup input please

yoshimura pipe is nice,... in between headder size,... not as huge as the CHP and FMF 4.1 but not small like stock size pipes. IMO id go with a yoshi.

Re: my setup input please

ya i just talked to a guy at faster minis and he said he agress with the fmf bieng a bit big for a more stock bike he said they run a u flow and a pro circuit on a stock type 110 and like it but he thinks the yoshi tb or bbr may be a bit better for the reason of the header being so large

Re: my setup input please

be careful b/c most of us mini riders just keep going bigger in motor so get an exhaust you wont have to replace its not gonna be that big of a differece go with the yoshi

Re: my setup input please

The Two bros header isnt exactly small. Its almost as big as the FMF.Go with a PC or Yosh pipe for a stocker or smaller bore motor.I have a FMF on my 172 and love it but it would kill a stock motor I would think.
