Re: my setup input please

Good. The BBR143 kit is a joke for the price of it also. You can get a TB kit which is just as good of quality if not better for $194.Or get the kit with the Mikuni VM26 and air filter for $359 and it will blow either of the other 2 kits away.

Re: my setup input please

dont go with the yosh with stock swingarm unless you like a big dent in the header just in front of the muffler. i've seen 3 that way. i would say use the stock pipe with the restricter drilled out with the stock bore. then when you buy a borekit then add the pipe

TB eliminates the middle man.All BBR does is buy kits from someone else.TB has their stuff made for them specifically. You dont think people pay more because it has the BBR name on it?TB is quality and I think anyone on this board would tell you this.

Re: my setup input please

that bbr kit is a rip you are just paying for the name..bbr is expensive but thier big bores are the same as much cheaper ones without the bbr name..tb makes good ones for way cheaper

yea,.. .that makes the most sence out of eveything...if ur engine is stock just keep the stock pipe and do what wheeltyson said.... then if u do get the bore kit look into a fatty pipe.

Re: my setup input please

the only things bbr makes exclusive are perimeters and swingarms u-flow and couple of other things anything else you can get same quality for less money..if you are so stuck on the name bbr than go get ripped off but you should listen to what people say and get off the bbr crap

Re: my setup input please

Yea you do.Anything more than stock will make the risk higher.Heck stock motors can break them.If your bike is a later 08 model then they have updated the shaft and you shouldnt have to worry about it.
