brake problem

i took my back wheel off an tryed to put it back on and now the wheel wont ever turn, it sounds like something with the brakes

I'd almost guarantee that either you have to loosen the wing nut on the back of the brake rod, OR! You forgot to put that spacer in that goes between the brake panel, and the rear hub. I've done that before, and more than a few of my friends have done it before too.

When I did it, I mistook the part for a piece that went with the centrifugal clutch-- haha. My mechanic was working on the clutch while I was putting a Supercomp on the back. The spacer was sitting around, but I didn't recall it coming from the rear wheel. I just assumed it was from the clutch. Live and learn. --L*64
