| best pipe for big modded motors lets here what yall are running and what its on (mods). we switch between a modded 150 and 190 and have been running the old round can ultima from chp. it seems to do really well on both engines but is seen its share of damage and is ready for retirement. Im really thinking that the 190 could possibly use a larger headpipe or one that steps more than just once right out of the head along with larger diameter steps. pictures, step and od measurements would be nice. |

| Re: best pipe for big modded motors Most pipes out there are too big in diameter. If you are running a big cc engine, the Yosh works great but for engines in the 160-170 range, the PC works great. Head pipes should be in the 25 to 28mm id at the head pipe. Anything bigger and you are losing power. |
