About to get a 150+R with a s20 cam put in my klx and was wondering if anyone had some HP numbers for this kit. I have a 26 mukini on it now but looking to get the pwk28, two bros exhaust, all the goodies inside the motor just wanting to know what to expect out of it.....oh its also the race gas kit...

when done up right should be pushing 18 horse

18Hp sounds pretty good is that with race fuel ? ....And what should the valves be adjusted to so i can be sure it wont gernade on me...

prolly not gonna get 18 but you'll be close. you don't need race gas either.

yes it will pull around the 18 hp at the rear wheel.
A friend of me has almost that engine, but his takegawa head is ported and he has the S35cam >> results are 18.5 hp.

My GPX 150 with takegawa superhead ported and S35 cam, TB piston also 150cc pulls 18.3 hp on the rear wheel, and it is damn fast.

Does anyoneknow what it should put out with it not being ported and with the s20 cam ?...im sure its not too far off those numbers just curious if anyone has dynoed with these specs......thanks again...

i got that set up ported and put down almost 20 hp

ok so you see the difference between your engine and a 150 with a +r and a s20?

s20 is more hp on low end compared to 35 but i think 16-18 depending on tuning 178s are having a hard time pushing 20 alot of people over estimate thier hp #s

stock 150 piston R head, 26 mm carb and a two hoes pipe 16-17 HP

my 195 V2 stroked s35 cam with 28mm was 20 on Curlys Dyno...if you have a +r head you will be over 20

KLX 110 with a 195 kit 20-21 HP With good gas u4.2

i thought you said 21 before for the 150 i was wondering why it would have more than a 195 lol i see you edited that i didnt think 21

don what about the 150+r with the pwk and u4.2....non ported and what would it put out being ported..?? any info would help...im down with an injury now but wondering if it would really be worth it to get it ported...

Porting on a r head is only good for 1/2 TO 1 HP
