My name is Mike and I go by Muxster as well as being a newbie.
I recenty bought a a 1971 CT70H from a buddy that has a small stable in his garage of minis.

Anyways, I got the title transfered, new plate and tags at the DMV and went for a quick twlight ride along the ocean where we in So. Cal. Man what a blast those little bikes are.

I will post pics this week sometime. It's a CT70H Emerald Green with 140cc motor. My aspirations are to do an aluminum suspension with Daytona shocks down the road. It did not come wired so my dad and I ran the wiring as a 12v system with everything working on a new 12v lead sealed battery and the original key switch.

My nabe and other bros all ride minis and we are in Redondo Beach, San Pedro Areas. I will post pics this week.

We want to get a ride together if anyone is in the area and interestd in riding some weekend soon.

I missed 5 on the CA Written DMV test last night. I am studying the guide here at work and will take it again tonight. In my disappointment afterwards I went to the bike shop and bought a new helmet and took a put along the beach to Manhattan Beach Pier.

Like 7 people came up to me and were all jazzed to see the little bike and couple made offers to buy it. I enjoyed that part!

Thanks HondaXrider AKA SPOTCH!! Also my next door neighbor!

He got the lights wired up correctly and the battery charges, speed lights up, hi/low beam works and lights up in the speed as well! 26incher fixed the H/L switch on the handle bar....

Working good now..! I ride everynight after work! I
