Talking QA50 restoration

Sorry for the dark pics but this is the bike my mom used to ride when she was a little kid... They had bought it new then, and it had been passed down a few generations and it was in fact what I learned to ride on when I was 5. Been sitting for 10+ years in storage out on the ranch and I brought it home today. Unloaded it and it fired on the 3rd kick!!!! couldnt believe it... Definitly have a sticky jet or float but she fired... Gonna be a long and slow process due to other obligations but it should be a fun restoration. Me and Caboussleman will be fixin her up...

Now gonna try and convince him to bring his CT70 over for another project!

and heres a pic of it with the rest of the gang haha

Re: QA50 restoration

Sweet... Ive just been having trouble finding parts... I have tried contacting a few that came up on google and got no email or telephone response?? I obviously need plastics, fork boots, tires, and bars for starters but am now skeptical of ordering from them...

Anyone have any goodluck ordering QA parts from anyone?? If so where did you get them...

Thanks for checking it out... Like I said will probably be a slow build but I will do my best to stick with it!

Hondanuts also has a fair selection of parts. They have fenders in stock, and their prices are very good. Excellent service, also.

Their fenders are found under the "New" section.
