These guys have been very responsive to any problems. They are very fast to resolve any issues. They respond quickly to emails and inquiries (big and small). Some vendors take multiple (3-5) emails, days, even weeks, to respond to questions about problems you are having w/ your purchase. Not these guys, always within a day of original e-mail.

All we need now is the MSO (it is on it's way). As soon as we have that inhand, this will have been a very good experience.
