duh? beats me, it's a reasonable question , but I don't know if they did that specific of a balancing. its listed as part of what they do for their super crank work, I'm told they lighten, balance it, and shape it for less oil windage (as seen in pics) I'd say call them it was on my (PRC built) engine running a kitaco 143 SE
