Re: crf70 motor in a 1991 ct70?

Take the CT70 stator assembly and use it on the CRF70. Sometimes the flywheels are matched to the stator assemblies, so you may want to run the CT70 flywheel with the stator.

The only real difference with the CRF and CT engines is the CT engine has a neutral lamp switch and the CRF doesn't have this provision. You'll have an extra wire on the CT stator assembly you won't be using. You'll see when you go to take it off the bike.
Thanks for the info. That is probably what i am going to do. I can live without a nuetral light.
