So this guy is wanting to trade this for my X4R. Tell me what you guys think about it?

It has:

and all the little things

He said either the GPX 125
or
2007 motor with BBR 82cc kit
Dress up kit
Heavy Duty Clutch Springs
Shorty FMF Pipe
TB cdi rev box.
